Adrienne O'Rourke

Adrienne O'Rourke is a highly skilled professional with a diverse background across nonprofit, higher education, healthcare, and media sectors.

She holds a Master of Science in Organization Development from American University and a B.A. in Media Arts & Design from James Madison University.

With a strong foundation in Nonprofit Organizations, College Recruiting, Management, Applicant Tracking Systems, and PeopleSoft, she brings a wealth of expertise to her roles.

Adrienne has held various positions including Consultant at Le Transformations, Manager of Nonprofit Consulting at Marcum LLP, Senior Associate and Search Associate at Marcum LLP, as well as multiple HR and recruiting roles at EmblemHealth, Disney ABC Television Group, and NBC Universal.

Her professional journey also includes experiences at The Kogod School of Business at American University, Time Inc.'s InStyle Magazine, and multiple roles at NBC Universal, where she started as an East Coast Page Program participant and progressed to a Today Show Production Intern.

Committed to community and social services, Adrienne has served as a Hunger and Housing Service Coordinator at James Madison University's Community Service-Learning program.
