Adriana Marina is a Change Maker and Social Entrepreneur with a background in Economics and Systems Analysis, holding a PhD in Economics and a Master's degree in Economics. She serves as a Professor at Universidad Nacional in Argentina. Adriana is the Director-Coordinator of the Alfa-Saltanet project involving 12 universities across Latin America and Europe. She also represents Spain and Argentina in the World Internet Project.

Her research activities focus on areas such as economic convergence, social development, poverty, and social knowledge networks. She has conducted studies on inequality, convergence, and growth, particularly focusing on the Argentine case. Adriana is part of the World Internet Project, a network of 25 universities studying the impact of technology on societies, markets, and development.

Adriana Marina is committed to promoting sustainability in the fashion industry through research and educational projects. She has been actively involved in various organizations, including the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe, where she contributes to sustainable traceability initiatives. Adriana has founded and led multiple initiatives and programs focused on ethical fashion, natural fibers, and sustainable development.
