Adriana Lassus is a versatile professional with a background in psychology, education, talent strategy, and social innovation. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from IE University and completed her high school studies at Colegio Franklin Delano Roosevelt, The American School of Lima, where she later worked as a Teacher Assistant.
Adriana's commitment to education and social impact led her to serve as Service Learning Coordinator at San Silvestre School, Early Childhood Gross Motor Skills Teacher at Newton College, and Foundation Volunteer at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. She has also interned for Asociación de Familiares de Enfermos de Alzheimer de Segovia and UNAMAR Consultores, gaining experience in health and consulting. Moreover, her interest in happiness at work and business innovation led her to intern at Delivering Happiness at Work Spain and co-found LEAP Conferences.
Adriana has also worked as a Talent Strategy Consultant at Mercer, where she worked on diversity and inclusion strategies and employee engagement. Her broad experience has empowered her with excellent interpersonal skills, leadership, creativity, and analytical thinking.
