Adrian has held various key positions in reputable organizations, demonstrating his expertise and leadership skills. Currently, he serves as the Head of Platform / Chief Architect at TapWater, where he is responsible for overseeing strategic initiatives and architectural decisions.

Prior to his role at TapWater, Adrian Tanase has an extensive tenure at Adobe, where he served in progressive roles. He has contributed significantly as a Principal Scientist, Technical Project Lead, Senior Engineering Manager, Engineering Manager, and Software Engineer.

Before his time at Adobe, Adrian showcased his versatility by venturing into web development and co-owning Reflex Interactive, underlining his entrepreneurial spirit and practical experience.
