    Adrian Tam is a dedicated individual with a passion for social entrepreneurship in East Asia, South Asia, Central Asia, or the Middle East, focusing on developing business strategies for social change and sustainable growth.

    His professional experience includes serving as a Harvard Chaplain, collaborating with over 25 student leaders to drive growth strategies for the Harvard-Radcliffe Asian American Christian Fellowship, a significant student group with over 80 members.

    Adrian also excelled as the Global Project Director, leading a team of 24 staff and students for an exchange program involving more than 30 medical students in Chongqing, China.

    In terms of service experience, Adrian has contributed as an Urban Project Staff member for service projects in New Orleans and New York, as well as fulfilling the role of Harvard Square Homeless Shelter Supervisor.

    His specialties lie in team building, leadership, conference planning, non-profit service projects, recruitment, organizational fundraising, and he is proficient in speaking, reading, and writing Mandarin Chinese.

    Adrian Tam pursued his undergraduate studies, focusing on East Asian Studies, at the prestigious Harvard University.

    Previously, Adrian held roles as the Global Project Director, Urban Projects Staff, and Harvard Chaplain & Campus Staff Member at InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA.
