Adrian MALPASS

Adrian Malpass is an award-winning executive coach, professional mentor, and project manager with a proven track record of success in business transformation. With extensive experience in micro and SME sectors, as well as major UK PLCs, he specializes in enhancing leadership and business management, strategic growth and change, and profitable performance. Adrian has actively mentored, coached, and consulted with over 350 businesses to date, usually in project and strategic formats across various industries.

Adrian's academic background includes a B.Sc(Hons) in Photographic Sciences from the University of Westminster. He has also earned various accreditations including Accreditation in Executive and Business Coaching (Qualification-NVQ5) and Project Management (PRINCE2 equivalent). He studied Commercial Management (NVQ5 equivalent) and Licensed Emotional Intelligence Consultant at Dunchurch Management College and JCA Occupational Psychologists respectively. Adrian has also studied at Heather Hull Reiki School and Eastbourne College.
