Adrian Lewis is a seasoned finance professional with over a decade of experience, including significant management roles. Currently leading the Financial Governance unit at ICBC, Adrian offers strategic direction and expert advice on financial accounting and governance matters. His responsibilities involve developing and implementing financial governance strategies and conducting impact assessments to guide decision-making processes for senior management, the Board of Directors, and external governing bodies. Adrian's expertise includes a deep understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) along with being a Canadian CPA, US CPA, and an Associate in Reinsurance. Adrian holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting with an exceptional GPA from Saint Mary's University and has also pursued studies in Real Estate Trading Services at UBC Sauder School of Business. With a rich professional background that spans roles such as Vice President at Aon, Manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Senior Examiner of Financial Institutions at the Financial Services Regulatory Commission, and Senior Accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Adrian brings a wealth of diverse experience to the table.
