Adrian Cummins

Adrian Cummins is the Treasurer of HOTREC (Hotels, Restaurants, Bars & Cafés in Europe) and the Chief Executive Officer of the Restaurants Association of Ireland. He has held the position of Treasurer at HOTREC since October 2018 and is also a member of its Executive Committee since October 2010. HOTREC serves as the umbrella association for the hospitality industry in Europe, representing 43 national associations across 30 countries.12

Cummins has a strong background in the food and beverage industry, with expertise in areas such as customer service, government relations, hotel management, and tourism management. He graduated with a Master of Science in Rural Development from the National University of Ireland, Galway.13

Prior to his current roles, Cummins served as the CEO of the Irish Hospitality Institute and Marketing English in Ireland, where he focused on promoting Ireland as a destination for education and lobbying for the international student sector.13 His extensive experience in the hospitality sector positions him as a significant voice for the industry in Europe.
