Adrian Bradbury is a seasoned expert in the fields of youth academy football, international development, and social business. With over 15 years of experience across East Africa, North America, and the EU, Bradbury has racked up a long list of accomplishments in fundraising, marketing, media & journalism, advocacy, and project management.

As a 'serial starter', Bradbury has worked as a founder with various organizations such as Ascent Soccer, Football for Good, GuluWalk, Athletes for Africa, and Big Train Media. His work with Ascent Soccer has led to the identification and development of football talent in emerging regions from East Africa, delivering world-class education and character-building, and providing global opportunities to the youth and communities it serves. Today, Football for Good is a social impact business and targeted consultancy that focuses on soccer academy development, player identification and elite training, professional soccer in East Africa, new football talent streams, and global market opportunities.

Athletes for Africa, founded in 2004, is a global charity that provides education and opportunities for youth in Africa through the power of sport. Bradbury played a significant role in launching GuluWalk, which became one of the world's most recognized grassroots movements for peace in northern Uganda. Furthermore, he is a Maclean's Magazine 'Newsmaker of the Year' and has contributed to various media outlets such as National Post, The Globe and Mail, and The Walrus.

He studied Sports Administration at Durham College and BPE, Physical Education, History at the University of Ottawa.
