Adrea Simmons is an accomplished marketer and community activist with deep roots in Detroit. She has earned recognition for her work in marketing through numerous leadership roles in some of the world's top technology companies. After completing her MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, where she specialized in Strategy and Change Management & Innovation, Adrea went on to work in high-profile director and product marketing manager roles at Karma Mobility, CBS Interactive Music Group, and Google. As Director of Marketing at Electric Objects, she helped establish the company's early growth strategy, which led to its acquisition by Giphy. Before that, Adrea was Senior Product Manager, Sleep and At-Home Diagnostics at HoMedics.

She has also pursued her cultural interests by studying French Language and Society at Collège International de Cannes and earning a BBA in Marketing & French from Howard University. Adrea currently works as the Mid-Market Relationship Manager with LinkedIn, where she continues to build on her extensive experience in technology and product marketing.
