I designed and managed end-to-end processes around Dutch Fund for Climate and Development- http://thedfcd.com/, which encompassed designing and executing deal flow campaigns, screening and shortlisting project proposals, conducting interviews to evaluate project developers, persuading Investment Managers to consider projects, collecting necessary documentation for the Investment Committee (IC), and meticulously documenting the entire process and data. I oversaw pipelines for three Regional Investment Managers (Asia, Africa and Latin America) and my activities amongst others included:

- Heading a team of analysts dedicated to building and evaluating deal flow.
- Working alongside ESG teams in guiding project developers in incorporating risk mitigation strategies through tailored work packages of technical assistance (TA) or development grants.
- Assisting project developers in enhancing their documentation to meet the Investment Committee (IC) standards, which includes creating clear IC summary forms, refining governance structures, improving contracts, and optimizing financial models.
- Effectively managing project developer expectations regarding procedure timelines, providing transparent communication throughout, and actively assisting promising projects in their journey towards readiness for future steps.

On 14 December 2022, we hosted the first Impact Capital Tour. We helped 22 scaleups/startups and 12 investors all working towards a more sustainable future. They joined 50 meetings in just 2 hours, in what was also the first intimate edition.

On 30 June 2020 we organised the 8th and 1st online edition, during the these unprecedented times we hosted 150 scaleups/startups and about 50 investors.  

On 23 September 2019 we organised the 7th edition. It was a special night edition, as part of Amsterdam Capital House (previously Amsterdam Capital Week) we hosted 160 scaleups/startups and about 60 investors. 

In previous versions, we took 900+ startup founders to 100+ investor HQs. The core concept was creating 100% personalised matchmaking in informal settings. So investors and startup founders co-created their own personalized ‘Tour de Funding’. We hope to have delivered on our promise to help you pack several months’ worth of meetings into one day.
