Aditya Avadhanula

Aditya Avadhanula is the Co-Founder and CEO of SafetyStratus, a company that specializes in cloud-based software for workflow and laboratory inspections, primarily serving industries such as construction, manufacturing, healthcare, and academia. Under his leadership, SafetyStratus has achieved significant growth, generating $3.8 million in revenue in 2023 with a team of 56 employees.12

Background and Education

Aditya holds both Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Chemical Engineering, along with an MBA from Cornell University. His early career included roles as an engineer at Micron Technology and as a research assistant at the Rensselaer Nanotechnology Center, where he focused on nanomaterials for solar cells and advanced composites.2 Additionally, he has experience in mergers and acquisitions from his time at Ernst & Young, where he advised on transactions totaling over $30 billion.2
