Prior to her current roles, Aditi worked as a semiconductor chip designer and has a strong foundation in this field from her pre-MBA days.

On the academic front, she pursued Electronics from D.G. Ruparel College under the Maharashtra State Board and holds a M.Tech in Financial Engineering along with a B.Tech in Agricultural and Food Engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
