Aditi Deotale

Aditi Deotale, an experienced Consulting Manager in the CSR department, holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Aditi has over six years of experience in supply chain and philanthropic consulting across various roles. Aditi began her career with Procter & Gamble, where she worked for five years in different capacities. She worked on capital-intensive projects, leading complex teams of over 50 contractors and technicians, delivering superior top-down results. She also helped in developing a data-driven decision-making approach, which earned her several awards like the 'Supply Chain Champion Award,' 'Productivity Champion,' 'Global IM Pillar award,' and the 'India PS award.'

In her current role as Consulting Manager, Aditi is working with companies in the pharmaceutical, FMCG, and non-profit sectors. Aditi's experience in supply chain, data analysis, and philanthropic consulting has developed her skills in analytics, business, and end-to-end supply chain management.

Aditi's tenure at Procter & Gamble involved various roles like Market Planning Leader, Oral and Beauty Care, Leader for India Fabric Care, Project Manager for Baby Care Capacity Expansion, Global Expansion Leader for Reliability Engineering, Start-up and Technical Leader for Initiatives and Capacity Expansion, and Summer Intern at Gillette India. Aditi also mentored at UMIC-IIT Bombay (Innovation Cell) and interned at Oxygen Healthcare Communication Pvt. Ltd. for understanding the healthcare industry.

In her spare time, Aditi enjoys reading and staying updated with industry trends and playing badminton with friends.
