My role at Leonardo is to support the amazing CEO Diana Ayton-Shenker (Will tag you here),  alongside the other members of the Governing Board of Directors, in accelerating and supporting Leonardo in the impact it will have in the next 50 years. I’ll be working with Diana and taking a lead on specific initiatives as a board member primarily on the Leonardo business model and experimental projects/opportunities open to Leonardo. This includes financing, investing, strategy, as well bringing my unique perspective to the Leonardo network of individuals, community and the board.

This position for me is completely volunteer and I have committed to Leonardo to give my time, energy and resources where possible to help such an amazing not-for-profit in continuing the work they have done for 53 years and will do in the future. Leonardo is one of the organizations I will actively support with my commitment to global impact, philanthropy and in making the world a better place.

My role as the President of Impact Launchpad is to support and guide the team in making the impact bond a reality.

I bring a diverse range of financial architecture and structuring to the team as well a network of global impact leaders and family offices that are focused on helping accelerate impact around the world. Together with the team, I'll aim to support in the creation of a retail and institutional grade vehicle that can help the capital locked in silos flow freely into the gap in impact funding we face today.

As well as the longer term objectives of Impact Launchpad I'll be helping lead the earlier experiments the venture runs such as a Defi Protocol in the blockchain space to replicate and prove the Impact Bond could work using smart contracts and as an initial proof of concept.

Impact Launchpad is an incubator network of producers, project managers, analysts, developers, and researchers devoted to the implementation of specific investment and messaging strategies designed to realize the goal of making the world work for 100% of humanity.

Our primary focus is the establishment of an insured, debt based and de risked investment model that can actually meet the $3.5 Trillion deficit presently estimated to be needed, to reach the UN's 2030 Sustainable Development Goals. As an open access commons-style business model, it will be initially launched by Impact Launchpad in 2022. It is projected to become available to the wider impact project and investment manager communities in 2023. Our own 100 City network will raise $100 Billion and launch 50,000 projects and more than 1000 individual impact funds.

Impact Launchpad is also the primary supporter behind #IsThereEnough which asks a question, and moderates a conversation about power and agreement that tends to curate impact projects, people and leadership, in a blend of global grassroots relationships, that become vital in making successful impact projects become realized.

Supporting the entrepreneurs and faculty with my networks, insights and guidance when requested to aid and foster innovation and entrepreneurship at Victoria University.

The Atom is home to the best student businesses from the Victoria Entrepreneur Bootcamp and the Entrepreneurial Collective. It's a place for students to start their entrepreneurial journeys and to get advice and support from entrepreneurs who have done it all before. The Atom also hosts events that promote innovation and entrepreneurship.

Momentum Investment Committee is setup to provide support to start ups and founders that are looking at scaling or growing to the next stage with the ability to deploy various levels of capital both committee investment partner network capital and at times external capital when requested. The committee provides support and guidance in the form of networks and recommendations to the projects which present to the sitting committee.

This committee is made up of a wide range of domain experts and investment professionals as well as students.

I've been a member of the Wellington committee since it began in September 2018!

This role requires researching and understanding the projects based on the information they provide prior to the presentation as well as during the presentation which is followed by a 40minute Q&A to try and further understand the project to see what they truly need and work with the committee to make decisions on investment and recommendations for the project.

This role at EHF is about figuring out pricing, planning and execution of the business development for the event & setting up systems/processes to make this more sustainable and effective. This role is primarily for the New Frontiers event which will be in March, it's an opportunity to support an amazing organization be more effective in the key flagship event they run.

We successfully increased revenues by 106% during the 10 week period I was in this role which goes a long way in making the organization much more sustainable! With further optimizations which have been shared with the board and management team this could be increased further in the future! My role in this organization was purely for 10 weeks to try and improve the situation and we achieved that!

Key activities involved in this role are creating the processes and practices of this organization, working with the core founding team to set the goals, mission and values of this organization.

Creating a strong open collaborative company culture and figuring out how to build a community around this project by being open and transparent about everything we do as an organization.

Creating deal flow for Crypto Launchpad by working and advising ICO's and currencies in the space.

Working with regulators and with Blockchain core working groups both locally and internationally to facilitate a reflection of the outcomes in the organizations Due Diligence Framework and assessment tools.

Forming and growing partnerships to create a strong ecosystem with Crypto Launchpad integrating with many organizations and being part of the deal flow through a various inflows and outflows.

Recruiting and hiring for Crypto Launchpad at this stage as we scale and grow making sure the growing team is well balanced and has the capabilities to deliver on KPI's and objectives set for the organization.

Deploying capital in interesting opportunities where the firm can support the venture with more than just capital. Taking positions where there can be a more hands on support and development of the venture.

Working on the Due Diligence Framework closely with the experts from industry and our team to make sure every detail is looked at and is adding value while keeping the cost down for the framework.

Finishing up my term as the President for the Victoria Business Consulting Club I've transitioned into an Advisory Board position where I'll be able to continue working on the long term strategic direction of the club which is not possible in a short one year term that a President does. My key responsibilities in this role is managing stakeholders of the club, organizing international events hosted by the club and getting the club a global presence as well as increasing funding and moving forward on the long term goals set in 2016.

I also do advisory and consulting in the digital strategy projects, connecting international clients to the local network and assisting in recruiting and brand positioning.

The current financial institutions that provide this service charge heavy premiums for allowing people to send money to loved ones and Liberac aims to reduce those premiums through blockchain technology, passing on the benefits to the customers.

Late in 2016 a gap in the market was identified. New Zealand businesses all have a website and pages on social media platforms however a large group are not using these platforms as means to generate extra revenue from and the focus is still on physical advertising.
YG was formed to solve this problem. YG manages and runs PPC campaigns for Google Adwords & Facebook as well as providing advisory to firms looking to improve conversion and sales.
