Currently at the helm of Engineering, QA, Program Management, Product Management, UX & Design, Product Analytics, and Product Ops (including Customer Care/Service) for the MotorTrend Group. Orchestrating and executing comprehensive product strategies, while spearheading the development and rollout of new capabilities for the SVOD streaming service, editorial platform, and other MotorTrend products across Web, Mobile, and CTV platforms.

My hands-on leadership style involves actively recruiting and cultivating high-caliber teams that drive innovation and efficiency. I work to foster and manage third-party vendor relationships, ensuring alignment with our overarching business objectives. Cost optimization remains a focal point, with constant reviews to maximize ROI. I also spearhead the modernization of our tech stacks, bringing them in line with industry best practices. Another pivotal role I play is breaking down data silos and architecting a cohesive data tech strategy that fosters informed decision-making. I also embrace operational excellence, ensuring that our workflows, systems, and processes are streamlined, efficient, and poised for scalable growth.

Warner Bros. Discovery

Vice President, Head of Product & Technology for Motortrend

Built and led a team of product managers that drove advertising features aimed at user engagement,  growing subscriptions, promoting artist content, and increasing revenue.

Drove features that helped launch a new ad platform and audio ad exchange powering monetization for large audio publishers such as SiriusXM, Pandora, and Soundcloud. The effort resulted in a change of revenue model for growth regardless of subscription volatility.

Contributed to company-wide improvements in the development process for more rapid and agile development.

Owned the product roadmap for the Starz SVOD streaming service and MVPD streaming product.

Set product KPIs and strategic goals.

Served as the program management lead, overseeing the launch of DisneyNOW on 5 major platforms.

Owned collaboration and communication between ABC and Disney groups, ensuring seamless integration between teams.

Developed, evangelized, and executed a product prioritization process to provide transparency and improve the efficiency of cross-platform engineering teams.

Defined requirements for ingestion, transcoding, DRM, CDN management, content management, and content availability.

Built UX designs for tooling in HTML, CSS, and Javascript for easy hand-off to engineers.

Built low-fidelity UX wireframes.

Provided technical guidance on projects including architecture and code review feedback.
