Narinder has held various managerial positions including his most recent stint as Manager of Outsourced Application Solutions at the Ministry of Justice in New Zealand. In this role, Narinder was responsible for overseeing the development of application solutions and ensuring their successful deployment. Prior to his work at the Ministry of Justice, Narinder was Change & Deployment Manager at ANZ, Project Manager Coordinator at Inland Revenue NZ, and a District Manager at CSC.
