Lesley Parker is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational and vocational background. She holds a degree in Management Studies from De Montfort University, a degree in English and Russian from the University of Birmingham, and has studied at the University of Central England and the King's Hospital School in Dublin. Parker has worked in a variety of roles across industries, including as a librarian for Birmingham City Council, an information manager for Severn Trent Water, and a knowledge management associate for NHS Institute for Innovation & Improvement. During her time with Severn Trent Water, Parker served as both an innovation support manager and lead, responsible for driving and supporting the company's innovation efforts. She now serves as the organization's innovation engagement lead, a role in which she continues to use her advanced knowledge management and innovation expertise to engage with and drive new ideas and initiatives.
