Adedoyin Adebayo

Adedoyin Adebayo is a seasoned Management Consultant with over 14 years of experience in banking, organizational development, and human resource consulting. She is currently the Managing Consultant at Insel Consulting, where she provides advisory and strategic HR consulting services to clients in various industries, including FMCG, oil & gas, healthcare, and education. Adebayo is also the founder of Performance Tools Inc, an executive leadership development and coaching outfit.

Before joining Insel Consulting, Adebayo worked as a Senior Management Consultant at Human Resource Associates, where she led several HR interventions for clients such as NNPC, CIPM, and Unity Bank Plc. She also worked as a Credit and Relationship Manager at Zenith Bank Plc, where she managed portfolios of accounts from SMEs, MSMEs, and large corporations.

Adebayo's expertise lies in organization analysis and design, change management, HR strategy, competency development, performance management, coaching and mentoring, proposal writing, business development, and sales. She has worked on several consulting engagements, including designing and implementing performance management systems, competency frameworks, and training interventions for clients such as Capricorn Int'l LTD, Ping Express, and Nigachem Nigeria Limited.

Adebayo studied Geography at the University of Ibadan and attended Immanuel College High School for her SSCE.
