Byron Francis is a well-rounded professional with extensive experience in youth development, education, and international travel. He is a Program Director at Boys and Girls Club of Metro Atlanta, where he is passionate about providing a safe and enriching environment for youth through STEM, the Arts, and travel programs. Byron is also interested in data analytics and visualization, utilizing tools like Tableau to guide decision-making for non-profits and socially conscious for-profit businesses.

Byron's education background includes studying Certification in Data Analytics at Springboard, a Global TESOL Certification in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor at The University of Georgia, a Master's in Business Administration from the University of West Georgia, a Master's in Professional Media and Media Management from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, and a B.A. in Music (performance) from Morehouse College.

Before his current role, Francis was an English Second Language Teacher at EF Education First, the Founder at World Smart, a Program Specialist / Teen Services Coordinator at Boys and Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta, a Content Contributor at Diversity Abroad, and an Operations Manager at Gold Coast Fats and Oils, LLC.
