Jack Donovan

Jack Donovan is an experienced professional with a background in investment banking, specializing in mergers & acquisitions, debt and equity capital raising, and insurance-linked securities. He holds a Bachelor's degree from Bowdoin College, with a double major in economics and mathematics, and a minor in physics. Jack is registered with FINRA with several certifications including General Securities Representative (Series 7 and 63), Limited Representative - Investment Banking (Series 79), and General Securities Principal (Series 24). Currently, he serves as the Vice President of Investment Banking at Dowling Hales, with previous experience as an Investment Banking Associate within the same organization.
