Raj Hirpara

Raj Hirpara is a Vice President at AlixPartners, who has extensive experience in the energy and insurance industries. He holds an MBA Study Abroad from Keio University, a Master of Business Administration degree from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

With his background, Raj has led numerous projects across workforce and workload planning, regulatory oversight, and operations improvement at WEC Energy Group. He has also gained expertise in strategic planning, corporate strategy analysis, revenue growth, cost reduction, and market analysis in Zurich North America where he worked as a Consultant (Corporate Strategy Analyst).

Raj's skills in identifying new business opportunities and leading internal M&A projects have been honed while he was serving as the Head of Strategy & Customer Acquisition at Archer Career Technologies. He feels motivated to help companies drive an impact and growth through industry and competitive analysis, strategic communications, and operational restructuring.
