Addavail Coslett is a seasoned professional with a strong background in philanthropy and social impact. Through her various roles at MacAndrews & Forbes and Dalio Philanthropies, she has developed expertise in portfolio management, program development, and partnerships. Additionally, her work at the Center for High Impact Philanthropy and as a Research Fellow at FINCA International has provided her with a deep understanding of how to maximize the impact of social sector investments.

Addavail holds an MSc in Economic Development from the London School of Economics and a BA in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania. She has also completed the Earth Institute's Executive Education Program in Conservation and Environmental Sustainability at Columbia University.

Currently, Addavail serves as the Director of Strategy & Partnerships at the Chapman Perelman Foundation, where she leverages her diverse skill set to drive the organization's mission forward. Prior to joining Chapman Perelman, she held various roles in the social impact space, including Director of Marketing and Development at Alba Collective and Social Impact Manager at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank.
