Jerry Roth is an international litigation and arbitration expert with extensive experience representing foreign clients in the US and overseeing foreign litigation for US clients across multiple countries. He specializes in white-collar litigation including internal and SEC investigations, FCPA matters, regulatory affairs, and federal and state criminal prosecutions. Roth is also experienced in commercial litigation and trial work, including antitrust, intellectual property, and contractual disputes.
Roth's qualifications include a Master's in European Business Law from the Universite de Paris II Pantheon-Assas, as well as a bachelor's degree in Government - Political Science and a Juris Doctor, both magna cum laude, from Harvard University and its law school, respectively. He is a partner at Munger, Tolles & Olson LLP and has previously worked at Bingham McCutchen LLP, the United States Attorney's Office in the Eastern District of New York, Howard, Darby & Levin, Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP, and as a Law Clerk for United States District Judge William W Schwarzer.
