Frances Jen Gash is a highly skilled and experienced professional with expertise in creative coaching, occupational therapy, and artistry. She holds a BSc Hons in Occupational Therapy from Canterbury Christ Church University and is a former Visiting Lecturer at the University of Worcester. With a passion for helping others live full and creative lives, Frances has created several online programs to guide therapists and coaches in using creative methods in their work. As an artist, Frances focuses on themes such as the landscape as psychology, engagement/disengagement in activities, abandoned play, and leisure environments. She was named Sky Arts Landscape Artist of the Year 2018. With an extensive and impressive background, Frances continues to help others unlock their creative potential and live a fulfilling life.
