Previously, Adarsh served as the Deputy General Manager (DGM) for Spend Strategy at Bira 91, managing Market spend operations across India.

Prior to that, he honed his skills as an Area Sales Manager at Hindustan Unilever Limited, overseeing the portfolio within the Foods & Refreshments Business unit.

His expertise lies in Consumer Behavior, Marketing Strategy, Category Management, Operations Management, Business Development, and Market Research.
