Manage the Benefits JIRA queue of ~400 monthly tickets to resolve benefits issues (coverage matters, QLE changes, Workday system help) and employee inquiries in a timely fashion. 

Draft and distribute monthly/quarterly communications to all employees to inform, educate and improve their benefit experience as well as distribute targeted communications through SendGrid when needed.

Submit purchase orders, oversee vendor onboarding and approval process for proper and timely payment to vendors.

Maintain a wellness program for employees to enjoy weekly onsite massages and chiropractic adjustments in our Oakland and LA offices.

Coordinate a yearly event for on-site biometric screenings and flu shots across our 4 major office locations. 

Collaborate across various teams and offices to host Benefest, a multi-city benefit event for open enrollment, including the coordination of wellness fairs, on-site vendors, and medical plan info sessions.

Benefits Coordinator

Coordinated meetings across various teams, and collaborated to plan and execute all employee events with a diversity focus to harbor an all-inclusive and diverse culture at Pandora.		

Partnered with the IT team, facilities team, external and internal volunteers, staff, and vendors to have necessary support in order to smoothly execute employee events (e.g. heritage months, community outreach events, partner engagements).			

Admitted and maintained relationships with over 50+ key diversity partners and drafted briefing documents that educated Pandora staff and external partners on Pandora’s Diversity mission, events, and strategy with those partners.

Prepared and maintained purchase orders, invoices, and budgets using Oracle for Pandora’s monthly company-wide diversity initiatives, to ensure successful execution of events and adherence to quarterly budget spending.	

Tracked and maintained lists of 300+ event attendees utilizing Avature and LinkedIn Recruiter to provide the talent team with leads that would increase diversity in the pipeline and fill open roles at Pandora with diverse hires.	

Maintained and improved the diversity of Pandora candidate slates by highlighting high priority open positions on job boards owned by our key diversity partners such as, MLT, Women 2.0, and BeVisible.
