He further obtained his Master's in Business Administration (M.B.A.), Business Administration, Management and Operations from Georgia Institute of Technology - Scheller College of Business. Adams also attended East Chapel Hill High School.

Prior to joining QED Investors, Adams Conrad has held various positions such as Relationship Manager at Quovo and Growth at Plaid. Additionally, he has interned at Orchard Platform, VeriSolutions, and ABB, where he worked on sales and marketing-related projects. He has also worked as a Senior Consultant and Analyst at NTT DATA Consulting, Inc.
