Adam Ward

Adam Ward is a versatile C-level executive with over 20 years of experience in marketing, finance, operations, technology, legal, and general management in small- to medium-sized businesses and higher education.

His expertise spans across industries including software, media, Internet, professional services, medical devices, franchising, consumer goods, and higher education.

In his role as a marketing executive, Adam has driven sustained double-digit growth for five different companies.

As an operations and finance executive, he has co-founded three companies, secured over $50 million in funding from angel investors, venture capitalists, and debts, completed four acquisitions and a merger, and successfully revived three businesses.

In his legal capacity, Adam efficiently transitioned a company with hundreds of licensees into a franchise model.

Recognized for his contributions, he was honored with the Utah Technology Council's Emerging Executive of the Year award in 2011.
