• Responsible for trade support functions and reconciling daily breaks on the Fixed Income Clearing Corporation (FICC) for Municipal, Corporate, Government Bonds and Mortgage Back Securities (MBS) and assisting trading desks across the bank with matching and settling trades
• Responsible for processing MBS trade assignments between customers and brokers
• Supervise the TBA trade netting every month for MBS securities and help develop and run procedures to prevent and proactively find breaks
• Responsible for the allocating MBS pools to TBA trades, completing pair offs, and round robins
• Able to take on additional responsibilities and quickly learn new systems and processes
• Helped transition the initial team from NYC to Delaware office and later additional functions from NYC and India to the Delaware office
• Primary contact on team for all FICC issues and responsible to train the new hires
• Identify, explain and escalate system issues to technology and test new system releases
• Assist sales and trading by helping clients, creating reports, and ah hoc requests
• Required to understand how systems across the bank interact and messaging flows
• Reconcile breaks between internal allocation system and IMPACT
• Generate and send fails, TMPG/CPR claims, and Pool Netting reports to senior management

• Responsible for reducing J.P. Morgan exposure by collecting uncollateralized credit risk
• Read and Review legal agreements and discuss with clients about the terms of their ISDA/CSA
• Work with documentation teams to fix setup issues and escalate issues to legal/credit 
• Assist team members with questions, client issues and training domestic and international hires
• Responsible for approving team members’ instructions to our settlements team, new client contacts and changes in account setup
• Increase focus on maintaining and improving J.P. Morgan’s relationship with our counterparties
• Coordinate with sales, trade desks and collateral risk on a daily basis and escalate and explain collateral disputes and fails to credit, risk and senior management
• Work with multiple types of clients including hedge funds, banks and investment advisors
• Learn, test and adjust to new software and procedures specific to JPMorgan’s collateral operation
• Maintain the bank’s controls and procedures
• Required to be well organized, work independently and as an active team member
