Adam Rubenstein

Adam Rubenstein is a seasoned professional in the real estate industry with a diverse background in commercial and residential properties.

With a degree in Finance from the University of Arizona, Adam embarked on his real estate career in 2003 and has since honed his skills in property management and supervision.

Having weathered industry upheavals, including the Great Recession of 2008, Adam joined The Beaumont Company in 2020 as a Property Supervisor, overseeing a varied portfolio of properties in the Greater Los Angeles area.

Adam is actively pursuing a CPM designation with IREM-LA to further his education and enhance his capabilities in property management, and he actively engages in networking through various IREM LA committees.

His long-term goal is to expand his portfolio by acquiring more rental units and commercial properties, providing top-notch property management services tailored to clients' needs.

Adam's educational background includes a Diploma in Culinary Arts from the International Culinary School at the Art Institute of California-Los Angeles and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arizona.

In addition to his role at The Beaumont Company, Adam has held positions in social media strategy, catering, and culinary production before focusing on his passion for real estate.
