Adam Rollings

Adam Rollings is a Partner/Director at Org3D, a company that helps fast growth tech firms find the best talent in their competitive landscape. With a focus on sales, marketing, engineering and customer success, Org3D provides cost-effective hiring solutions for VC-funded companies with less than 100 employees. Adam is a self-motivated entrepreneur with years of experience in talent acquisition, executive search consulting, teaching and fitness coaching.

Adam studied Marketing Management and PGCE Business & ICT Education at The Manchester Metropolitan University. He started his career as a Marketing Executive at Lynton Lasers Ltd and later worked as a Market Researcher at Woolcott Research Pty Ltd. He then transitioned to education and spent a few years as a Teacher/Deputy Head of IT & Business Studies at The Barlow RC High School.

After rediscovering his passion for sales and marketing, Adam joined Finlay James, starting as an Executive Search Consultant and later becoming Managing Consultant - Digital and Associate Director. He is a former Member of RevGenius, a community of sales and marketing professionals, and has now partnered with Org3D to help grow their business globally.

Adam is a lifelong learner who always strives to improve his skills and knowledge, both personally and professionally. He looks for people with high EI, natural leadership skills, an aptitude for sales and genuine curiosity, to join Org3D's team in Manchester.
