Cepa® Adam Quarello

Certified Exit Planning Advisor Adam Quarello is an executive director at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. with extensive experience in the field of counseling founders on the many planning issues they face prior to, during and after the sale of their company. Adam has a degree in psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He leverages the considerable experience and capabilities of The Summa Group to integrate exit strategy into the business, personal, and financial goals of the business owner. The process consists of three major components: maximizing business value, personal financial planning, and life after business planning. He works closely with clients’ most trusted advisers to deliver highly customized strategies for families with complexity and sometimes complicated dynamics.

In addition to being an experienced advisor, Adam is an active philanthropist. He donates his time and resources to the Pacific Council on International Policy, which is an independent nonprofit committed to furthering constructive, sophisticated discourse on international affairs. Adam is also active with St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.

When not working, Adam is passionate about traveling with his family, practicing yoga, snowboarding, and engaging in other outdoor activities.
