Adam's expertise includes overseeing high-profile projects with C++ level stakeholders, leading local and global project teams using Agile methodologies like SCRUM, DSDM, and SAFe.

Apart from his corporate roles, Adam has experience in establishing online businesses and now applies his commercial and corporate background to excel in contract project management and guide companies through transitioning from Waterfall to Agile practices.

His educational background includes studying Business with a focus on Managing Successful Programmes, Scrum Master, PRINCE2 Practitioner, and ASAP Project Management (SAP).
