In 2018, I founded Forward Fundraisers, a dedicated educational resource tailored for major gift fundraisers. Recently I created the Efficient Major Gifts course, designed to empower fundraisers to concentrate their efforts on the critical actions that yield significant philanthropic contributions.

I have had the privilege of dedicating over 18 years of my career to RIT, all in the field of advancement. During this time, I played a pivotal role in securing transformative funding, including a landmark $50 million donation. The gift represents the largest single philanthropic contribution in the history of RIT. 

My journey at RIT has also included leadership responsibilities in the management of a team of major gift fundraisers across the university's diverse colleges. With an efficient approach, I've provided strategic guidance that has propelled their fundraising efforts to new heights.

Throughout my career, I have consistently delivered results in critical major gift positions across various college units. My extensive background encompasses roles in alumni relations and leadership giving, providing me with a comprehensive foundation in higher education fundraising.

Before my career at RIT, I honed my skills in the corporate arena during my tenure at Spinergy. There, I took charge of generating sales leads through a combination of market research, proactive cold calling, and fostering collaborative relationships with colleagues.

One of my significant accomplishments was spearheading the creation, development, and continuous enhancement of our corporate website. Leveraging advanced search engine optimization strategies, I secured first-page rankings on Google for a variety of critical keywords, substantially boosting our online visibility.

My first job out of college was at Paychex where I efficiently managed appointments for our external sales representatives, leveraging a diverse range of communication channels. I demonstrated exceptional productivity by personally conducting over 150 cold calls daily, effectively championing the full spectrum of Paychex products and services.
