    Adam Marlatt is a Marine Reserve Infantry Sergeant and the founder of Global Disaster Immediate Response Team (DIRT). With experience from the battlefield, a District Stability Team with the U.S. State Department, and his local volunteer fire department, he leads teams into disaster areas to offer technical solutions, medical aid, and coordination assistance.

    After witnessing the devastation of the Haiti earthquake in 2010, Adam Marlatt established Global DIRT. Since its inception, the organization has provided disaster relief in various locations such as Haiti, Pakistan, New Zealand, Japan, and the tri-state area post-Hurricane Sandy.

    Adam Marlatt's educational background includes studies at North Muskegon High School.

    Throughout his career, Adam Marlatt has held significant roles in various organizations such as Director of Operations at Help.NGO - Disaster Immediate Response Team, President at MAD Ventures (formerly ADM Corp), Expert on Mission at World Food Programme, UAS Coordinator at World Food Programme, Senior Technical Advisor at UNDP - United Nations Development Programme, and Logistics Coordinator for Super Typhoon Haiyan Response at UNDP - United Nations Development Programme. Additionally, he served as a Sergeant at the United States Marine Forces Reserve.
