Adam Lyle

Adam Lyle is a growth leader and entrepreneur with over 19 years of experience in change management in Asia. He has a blend of tech, business, and people mindsets, allowing him to complement technological advancements with business cases that corporations can support and products that people want. With a passion for culture and technological innovation, Adam is involved in several ventures advocating sustainable entrepreneurship and social innovation. He is the Executive Chairman at Padang & Co, an organization enabling open innovation and technology, and former Head at LEVEL3 Singapore. Adam has worked alongside major global brands, including Unilever, Philips, Holcim, HSBC, Bloomberg, and Merrill Lynch. As former President of AustCham Singapore Board Member, Adam has been actively involved in Australian and Singapore business opportunities in Singapore and across the region. He has a degree in B.Com (with merit)/LLB from UNSW and has studied Introduction to Mandarin at Taiwan Normal University and Design Sprint with Jake Knapp.
