Adam Levine

Adam Levine is the Managing Principal and Co-Founder of Oak Residential Partners, LLC, a firm specializing in multifamily real estate investment and management. He has been in the commercial real estate industry since 1992, during which he has successfully completed over $3 billion in real estate transactions. Levine co-founded Oak Residential Partners in 2009, building on his previous experience with Oak Realty Group, which he established in 2001. His focus is on high-quality investment opportunities that prioritize capital preservation and above-market returns.12

In his role at Oak Residential Partners, Levine leads capital market activities and is involved in all acquisition and disposition decisions. He also oversees asset management and administrative functions for Oak Realty Group.13 Prior to founding these companies, he served as an Asset Manager for Banyan Strategy Realty Trust, where he managed a diverse portfolio that included commercial, industrial, and multifamily investments.1
