Adam LaDelpha is a professional with a robust background in materials and metallurgical engineering, having studied at Dalhousie University. He has prior experience as a Research Engineer at the prestigious Massachusetts Institute of Technology, focusing on the research and development of high temperature batteries for grid scale storage. Adam was also a Quality Assurance Associate at Yachiyo of Ontario Manufacturing and held the role of Research Associate and Teachers assistant at Dalhousie University.
