Adam @HypeDC

Adam is an accomplished information technology professional with over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on service delivery, project management, and application/system management in various sectors, including financial services, retail, technology, and health. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated his expertise in building and leading cross-functional teams while achieving quality results.

Adam's extensive skill set includes software development life cycle (SDLC), infrastructure, SOE roll-out, application development, integration, requirements gathering, business case definition, system and process definition, and Quality Assurance. He has a Masters in Computing and a Bachelors in Manufacturing Systems Engineering, both from Northumbria University.

Adam began his career as Technical Support Analyst at Sage before moving on to roles such as Business Analyst at Solution 6, where he also worked as a Product Support Analyst later on. After that, he became a Business Analyst/Project Leader at Aristocrat and a Project Manager/Business Analyst at ResMed Ltd. At Altium, he held the position of Project Manager before assuming the role of Salesforce.com Consultant at System Partners Pty Ltd.

Adam then transitioned into management roles, where he worked as the Infrastructure Project Manager at MLC NAB Wealth (a division of National Australia Bank), Applications Support Manager at David Jones, and IT Project Manager at David Jones. Furthermore, he held positions such as Senior IT Project Manager at ResMed, Head Of Information Technology at HYPE DC Pty Limited, and Senior Business Consultant at Westpac. He is currently serving as the Senior Automation Architect at Westpac.

Adam is an intuitive learner, a resourceful problem solver, and a customer-focused professional with excellent stakeholder management skills, making him a valuable member of any team.
