The Council’s feedback helps identify unmet needs in the sports world, validate the impact of new methods developed by the Alliance, and drive adoption of the Alliance’s work worldwide. Although I participate in various projects and initiatives at the Berkman Klein Center, my primary responsibility is the Lumen project, [lumendatabase.org] a research project studying cease and desist letters and other requests to removal of online content.

BB&N is a co-ed day school in Cambridge, MA.
I am the head coach for the boys rowing program, which is ~40 athletes.
I am responsible for developing the team's training program, its technical direction, and directly coaching the 1st and 2nd boats once selection has concluded, although I stay involved with coaching all the team's boats.  I also coach with the fall sculling program and any Head of the Charles entries.
I coordinate, oversee, and mentor the other three coaches on staff, and liaise with the Athletic Director and Department as needed, as well as with the team parent group and the coaches of the girls program.

I am the assistant varsity wrestling coaches, helping with the physical training and technical instruction of the varsity squad, along with coaching the athletes in performance psychology, nutrition and general training/athleticism.  I personally wrestle with the larger wrestlers on the team during practice on a daily basis.

In previous years, I have also coached the  Middle School program.  The main focus of my job there was to introduce the students to the sport of wrestling, and teach them the fundamentals, in the hope of getting them to stay with the sport at the varsity level when they get to 9th grade.

I was hired as a clerk by Associate Justice Fernande R. V. Duffly of the MA Appeals Court.  She was confirmed to the MA Supreme Judicial Court in January '11, at which point I began clerking for Justice Judd J. Carhart, the then newest appointee to the Appeals Court.  As of September '11, I have been assigned to the Appeals court Clerk's Office, pending the swearing in of Justice Mary Sullivan, who was confirmed to the Appeals Court in early November '11.

I worked on a multi-dimensional project having to do with the concept of interoperability, in virtually every sense of that word, although my focus was on legal interoperability.
Prior to that, I worked on issues primarily related to copyright law, including for international librarians and for U.S. educators.

Immediately after retiring from international competition, I taught at PDS for a single year, filling in for a teacher on a year's sabbatical.  
While there, I taught two sections of 8th grade English, one of 7th grade English, and one of 7th grade American History.

I designed, wrote and taught a trimester's worth of 8th grade English curriculum on short stories.
