Adam Hartley

Adam Hartley is an accomplished professional known for his expertise in assisting operators worldwide in comprehending and adhering to intricate regulations in the aviation industry. He holds a FAA licensed dispatcher certification and serves as the Chair of the EDSC - NBAA S+D Committee, along with being a member of the NATA Air Charter Committee. In 2018, he was recognized as Top 40 under 40 in Business Aviation by NBAA.

Currently, Adam holds the position of GRS Team Leadership at Universal Weather and Aviation, Inc. where he excels in Ops Expertise, Ops Management, Business Development, Process Improvement, Presentation, Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Training, and Mentorship. His Subject Matter Expertise includes international and domestic regulatory compliance for Business Aviation and Aircraft operations, new product development, contingency planning for complex international missions, knowledge of CBP, TSA, DOT, FAA requirements and best practices, compliance with Global Carbon Emissions schemes, Sustainability & Voluntary Carbon Offset, and understanding the global Business Aviation regulatory landscape.

Adam Hartley pursued Business/Finance studies at the University of Houston-Clear Lake and obtained an Associate's Degree in Business Management with a GPA of 3.57 from San Jacinto College.

Throughout his career, Adam has held various positions at Universal Weather and Aviation, Inc. starting as a DISPATCH / CUSTOMER SERVICE at CEMEX and progressing to roles such as Manager of the Global Regulatory Services Team and Global Emissions Programs. He has also served as a Supervisor in the Regulatory Services Team and managed the Charter Management Team Orange.
