With a background spanning Operations, Risk, Technology, Lending, and Sales functions in the banking sector, Adam currently holds a pivotal role as the Head of Trade and Supply Chain at ANZ, where he leads a team of approximately 35 specialists.

Adam's professional journey has seen him in various leadership positions within ANZ, including Head of Transaction Banking Sales for both Institutional Australia and the Natural Resources Segment, as well as leading the Structured Trade Finance division in Australia and New Zealand.

Prior to his roles at ANZ, Adam gained valuable experience at Deutsche Bank as Vice President of Structured Commodity Finance in South East Asia, showcasing his expertise in the financial services sector.

Adam's educational background includes completing the High Potentials Leadership Program at Harvard Business School and obtaining a Bachelor of Business in International Trade from Victoria University.
