As the Director of Program Enrollment my primary focus is to listen and record the requests of our clients as well as to learn what the client is currently focusing on in their own development in their business and communication channels and the delivery. As that we have several programs to choose from, and pathways to success, it often is a matter of utilizing the best tool and tools for the client's specific and bespoke goals. As an executive level member of the Max Persuasion Team, I collaborate and develop directly with the founder, Mr. Kenrick Cleveland and his business partner, Mr. Jared Emin. Currently, I am collaborating on a new system for a medium sized real estate business in New York City to interact in a more direct and comforting manner that generates more agreements and specific desires of the clients of the business in order to show and dictate where the most effective growth should be taken in the time ahead of the company.Our Collaborations with Trail Attorneys, Medical Professionals and Care providers and Community Leaders in the government offices and agencies have lead to higher levels of Voluntary Compliance being generated by our methods to increase revenue and policies being approved by those who are suggesting them to their audience of supporters, clients and employers.

Taking the profit margin and then applying it directly and entirely to the children in developing countries. The Against Malaria Fund is supported 100% by Charity Stone. The Against Malaria Fund is an amazing organization that needs more funding, and also uses the funding that they gain to help as many children as well.

- Plan, organize, execute, and to supervise events for the benefit of the Student Veteran Organization (SVO) at San Diego State University (SDSU).-Events than can range from, but not limited to  social mixers, family friendly events, Tail Gate Parties, Ceremonies, Fund Raising Parties as well as Volunteering Group Projects.-Taking part in making decisions as a voting member on the Executive Board. Voting on issues such as funding, logistics, and support to be lent to other members of the Executive Board and SVO projects. -Organizing a Camaraderie Committee, made up of volunteers that assist in the setting up and breaking down of SVO events. They are supervised and instructed by the Camaraderie Chairmen in a manner that insures success and also in a safe, low risk of accidents and injury.

- Evaluating purchases by validating accounts and lines of credit. -Regaining lost equity and assists on behalf of Valore Books without having to use outside agencies that would lessen the profitability of the company and maintaining more reusable merchandise to increase the following quarter profits.-While in the first two months of beginning a massive Book Rental Reclaim, was personally responsible for securing over $30,000.00 in lost assists.-After 10 months on the Book Rental Reclaiming f lost assists, was able to secure over $200,000.00 in lost assists. Assists that were either, lost, misplaced, or mishandled with other businesses and organizations that were associated with Valore Books.

At San Diego State University I was studding to obtain a degree in Psychology with a Minor in Business Administration. Serving as an active member of the Student Veteran Organization (SVO) on SDSU campus. Taking a leadership role as the Camaraderie Chairmen and a Founding Father of the Kappa Sigma Epsilon Iota Fraternity Chapter. Studying subjects such as Psychology, International Affairs, Business, Economics, and Statistical Applications to raw data.I had to place my education on hold due to a payment dispute with the Department of Veterans Affairs and my educational benefits unfortunately. I will be returning to school to complete my education.

- Conducted Leadership positions of several Marines in groups of 5 to over 20 highly trained and codified individuals.-Served as a Liaison and as a Junior Liaison in Department Head meetings consisting of supervising Officers and Enlisted Personal.-Department Head of Prisoner and Detainee Transportations. The mission for this Department was to transport confined individuals in a respectful, safe, and secure manner to and from a Correctional Facility for Medical, Legal appointments as well as Cross Country transfer of custody of individuals.-Orchestrated and executed over 50 prisoner transfers of custody from NAVCON Brig to or from various other Confinement Facilities both Domestically and Internationally. -Certified as a Verbal Judo Instructor, which allowed me to learn and teach  various techniques in communications that can be used in multiple environments and avenues.-Conducted Training of Verbal Judo of over 2,000 individuals consisting of over 6,000 hours of instruction for those individuals.-Conducted training to Confinement Facilities at the Naval Brig in Hawaii, The Joint Forces Brig in Puget Sound, Washington while representing my parent command as a Liaison for both the Marine Corps and the NAVCON Brig.-Appointed and Maintained as the Lead Verbal Judo Instructor out of 15 other Verbal Judo Instructors. With this title I was expected to be the primary Verbal Judo Instructor for the command.-Completed over 500 community service hours serving Alcoholic Beverages at Petco Park and Qualcomm Stadium to raise money for Non-Profit Organizations in San Diego. As well as working in a Soup Kitchen at Father Joe's and St. Vincent's Church, and at the Veteran's Village. -Awarded 3 Staff Member of the Month for excellence in the performance of my duties. -Awarded the Naval Achievement Medal for the excelling at the execution of the massive amounts of Prisoner Transports that I conducted with no injuries, or incidents during those missions.

Also played in the first ever recorded Rugby game on Communist Soil in Cuba.-Wrote Standard Operating Procedures for the Tribunals Operations Team that maintained the expectations of the Team to provide, safety, security, to allow the Judge Advocate to carry out the proceedings free of inappropriate distractions.
