In 2019, Energy Toolbase merged with Pason Power, a company specializing in advanced energy storage systems, backed by parent company Pason Systems Inc., a global leader in energy data management and controls automation software.

Adam Gerza's educational background includes studying Finance and Entrepreneurship at the USC Marshall School of Business.
