Adam Francois

Meet Adam Francois, a talented professional with versatile skills in design, customer service, and business development. Adam earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Design and Visual Communications, General, and an Associate's Degree from College of Science, Technology and Applied Arts of Trinidad and Tobago - COSTAATT. As a former CEO of Food-TT, Adam sharpened his leadership skills and strengthened his customer service prowess, which he honed during his stint at OKEx. He worked as Customer Service Analyst, Events Host, Business Development Manager, On-boarding Trainer/Instructor, and Customer Support Specialist for Premier & VIP Clients. Further, Adam has experience working as a Marketing Manager at Poseidon Network, a No-Code Automation Specialist, and Community Manager - Team Lead at OKEx.

During his early career, Adam worked as a 3D/Graphic Designer at Lonsdale Saatchi & Saatchi, a Freelance Graphic Designer at AdamWolfDesigns, and a Copywriter at Lonsdale Saatchi & Saatchi. He also completed an Internship at Publicis and served as a Retail Salesperson at IOS - Island of Sun.
