Adam Dysart is an experienced educator and leader in the field of student support and advancement. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Washington, a Masters in Teaching from Seattle University, and has completed Principal and Program Administrator Certification from the University of Washington. Dysart’s impressive educational background has prepared him for his current role as Assistant Principal at Highland Park Elementary in Seattle Public Schools.
His experience in Seattle Public Schools includes serving as the IS math coach, MTSS manager, and his current role as Assistant Principal, where he leads a dedicated team of staff and families. Dystart has also served as the Assistant Director of Student Advancement at Highline Public Schools, where he developed and implemented programs to advance student success.
At Highland Park Elementary, Dysart’s team focuses on implementing pro-social, positive behavioral supports, and equitable academic practices, grounded in continuous improvement and inquiry.
