Adam Duritza

Adam Duritza is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in finance, technology, and corporate development. He served as the Chief Development Officer and Head of Corporate Development and M&A at System1 from May 2019 until September 2022. In this role, he led corporate development initiatives, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic partnerships for the company, which is known for its consumer internet and applications business, reaching over 120 million consumers monthly.13

Prior to his tenure at System1, Duritza was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Homescore, a company focused on enhancing the home search process using AI and machine learning. He also held significant roles at Yahoo! Inc., where he created and led a team responsible for distributing content across numerous platforms, and at Marakon, where he advised major corporations on corporate value growth and M&A strategies.123

Duritza holds a BA in Political Science from Northwestern University and has received several accolades, including multiple Yahoo Excellence Awards for his performance.1 Currently, he is the Founder and Managing Partner at Fleet Digital, a hedge fund focused on decentralized finance.14
