Adam Dolinko is a collaborative, business-oriented General Counsel and Senior Executive with a successful track record at public and private companies, boasting extensive experience in global operations, IPOs, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.

Before his General Counsel roles, Adam served as a Corporate & Securities Partner at Wilson Sonsini, where he played a pivotal role in advising Boards and Senior Executives on capital markets affairs and major deals, specializing in M&A transactions, IPOs, strategic partnerships, and PE deals, while also excelling in litigation avoidance and mitigation.

Having a deep commitment to community service, Adam is a Board Member of Special Olympics Northern California and an Advisory Board Member for the USC Center for Transnational Law and Business, focusing on promoting world-class policy analysis, research, and educational opportunities in international business, law, and policy.

Adam's expertise spans across various practice areas including AI, Corporate law, Cyber law, FinTech, IPOs, M&A, Governance, Intellectual Property (Licensing and Litigation), Privacy, and Products. He has been a leading counsel on significant deals involving major companies like Apple, Disney, Google, Microsoft, and more.

Moreover, Adam is an Adjunct Professor of M&A at USC Law with a specific focus on the Tech and Entertainment industries. Additionally, he has dedicated his legal skills pro bono to organizations like The Center on Race Poverty & the Environment and The CA Rural Legal Assistance Foundation.

Adam Dolinko holds a Juris Doctor from USC Gould School of Law and a BA in Communications from UCLA. He has held numerous executive and advisory roles in organizations such as SiFive, AbilityPath, Ouster, Inxeption, Essential, CSR, SIRF TECHNOLOGY HOLDINGS INC, VisionPoint Capital, and more.
