He serves as an ally and collaborator to organizations, family offices, and individual investors, enhancing the process of acquiring, financing, and managing income-producing properties.

Throughout his career, Adam has successfully closed transactions exceeding US$2 billion, showcasing his expertise in originating, structuring, underwriting, and managing commercial property investments.

His educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in History from Binghamton University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting from Long Island University, and a Master of Science (MS) in Urban Planning from The New School.
